RHOOC Vicki’s Boyfriend Brooks Eyes Lawsuit With ABC

File this one under the desperate category. We just recently reported that the man Vicki is supposedly in love with has been criticized for allegedly not paying child support, and finally received some back-up from cast mate Heather. Now he is apparently going after ABC for their role in exposing the issue on network television. It’s one thing when your problems are aired out on BRAVO, but when they make it to ABC primetime, you are really going to get noticed. That’s exactly what happened to this Brooks Ayers character who is dating Vicki. Throughout the entire last two seasons there has been big drama about whether he pays his child support. It is getting to be a really old subject that no one really cares about anymore. He finally got some back-up from one of the uber-rich girls on the show, Heather. That wasn’t enough, though. Brooks is very upset over the June 29th broadcast. On the show, an ex-girlfriend of his made all kinds of claims about him being a “dead-beat dad.” Ayers now plans to sue the network and the woman because he says the statements she made were “numerous” and “defamatory.” Doesn’t this just go back [...]
