It’s one of the most anticipated movies of the fall season, but “Gangster Squad” won’t have a trailer running in theaters anytime soon.
According to a report, the mass shooting at “The Dark Knight Rises” premiere in Colorado last night has caused concern over how a similar scene in the Sean Penn flick would be received.
“Gangster Squad” is based on the true story of mobster Mickey Cohen’s takeover of Los Angeles and the police force that brought him down.
Warner Bros. is said to be working on a new trailer, and it’s not certain if the scene in question will still be in the film when it hits theaters in September.
