Academy Award-winning actress Reese Witherspoon was spotted in Bel Air, Calif. on Wednesday (May 2). Dressed in a striped maternity dress and casual cardigan, the soon-to-be mother-of-three checked out the progress on her new house which is under construction in the affluent Los Angeles neighborhood.
